FAQ’s

Before setting off:

• Ensure NFC reader & contactless is enabled on your phone
• Upon receiving your welcome email, save your Beetag Map, clues & hint photos for easy access in case of loss of internet signal (don’t cheat yourself as the animations give a far better Beetag experience) — whatever happens you can still enjoy the trail.
• Ensure phone is charged ready to go.
• Turn volume up on your phone.

When Beetagging:

• Listen to clue sent in your welcome email which tells you where to start and provides the first clue.
• Remember Road Safety at all times.
• After tapping a tag allow a minute before pressing start (to allow videos to load).
• If after tapping a tag the videos don’t seem to be playing, try moving to pick up a better signal.
